  21. Prepare 5-6 garlic cloves
  22. Take 150 gm Tomatoes
  23. Make ready 25 gm Khuskhus(poppy seeds) powder
  24. Prepare 25 gm Til (sesame)powder
  25. Take 10 gm Garam masala powder
  26. Make ready 10 gm Coconut powder

Instructions to make Rasa patodi sabji:
  1. For patodi take besan flour and mix all the ingredients needed for patodi.
  2. Make a soft dough of it.
  3. Then roll the dough and cut the thick pieces in diamond shape.
  4. Steam all the pieces in a steamer or in cooker.
  5. For rasa take oil in pan, heat it then add cumin seeds, tejpatta, badi elaechi.
  6. Then add ginger garlic paste, add onion paste just after it's colour becomes brown.
  7. When this masala gives brown colour add rest of dry ingredients to it.
  8. Now add tomato puree and garam masala powder.
  9. Boil well and garnish with Coriander leaves.
